At The Lifeguard Store, we want to ensure you have the best gear for the pool or the beach; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with original tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our customer service team to generate a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your sports gear in a shipping box, include your packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
